Regulators are investigating an alleged bribery scheme involving Skyline CDL School, a truck-driving academy with branches in Washington and Oregon. As reported by oregonianlive, they believe the school sent gold envelopes via UPS, each stuffed with $520-$530 in cash and a student’s birthdate. This money was allegedly paid to an independent state tester to guarantee fraudulent passing grades for Skyline students seeking commercial driver’s licenses in Washington.

It is worth mentioning that the training was done in Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish and English languages. As of July 2025, Skyline CDL School remains closed until further notice.
